jjBiB: my brain, in a box.

jjBiB, Jimin Jibao Brain in the Box, is the software I use every day for my own basketball betting. It gives facts, fast, for many games at once. It gives no picks. It is in a limited, closed beta on Telegram. Here is what it does, in my own words: the video, and the transcript under it.

Also on YouTube ↗. The voice is a masked voice, on purpose.

BEFORE THE GAME

  • Who is missing today
  • New or returning players
  • Regular starters who are not starting

DURING THE GAME

  • Foul trouble and early disqualifications
  • Players off the floor much longer than usual: a strong injury hint

NOT IN THE BOX

No picks. No bets. No odds. It doesn’t need them. What a fact means for a game is your call.

The transcript

I want to talk to you about the software I released as a beta in my Telegram channel. I use it every day for my own betting, and the name says it all: jjBiB, B-I-B. It’s mine. Jimin Jibao Brain in the Box. It uses the same logic I use for my betting.

But here is the thing: it will not help you if you don’t know what you’re doing. If you don’t bet the leagues it covers, it will not help you. It only helps you if you already bet those basketball leagues. If you know what you’re doing, it will help you a lot.

For me personally, betting without it now would feel like going back to the Stone Age. You can replicate everything it does by hand. You can find all the stats, all the information, all of it. But the software does it much quicker, more efficiently, and for many, many games at the same time. It’s just not humanly possible to follow ten or fifteen games at once and not miss some very valuable information.

For example, if an important player picks up a disqualifying foul in the very first quarter, that means a lot for that game, live. So the software alerts you to what is going on in the game live: foul situations, or players who are not playing as long as they should. That’s one of the injury indicators. Maybe a player left after one minute and hasn’t come back yet, and he usually plays thirty-five minutes a game. That’s a strong injury indication.

Before the game, it tells you who is missing today, who is a new player, and who is not starting when he normally does.

So this software is stats: simple facts and stats. It doesn’t give you picks. It doesn’t give you bets. It doesn’t know odds. It doesn’t need to. It gives you statistical information, quickly, and on a big scale, for many games at the same time.

If you know what you’re doing, if you already bet basketball, jjBiB will help you a lot. If you don’t bet basketball, if you don’t bet the leagues jjBiB covers, don’t even start.

If you don’t bet basketball, don’t even start.

jjBiB is in a limited, closed beta on Telegram. Everything about it, including how to take part, is on my Telegram channel.
